To start, simply long-press the On/off & Model key to power on the device; it will default to the Relax Mode. To select a specialized treatment, double-click the On/off & Model key to cycle through the three distinct modes: Relax, Comfort, and Lift. Once in a mode, use the Shift button to easily adjust the intensity (vibration levels or temperature) to your preference.
