2. After 12 weeks of use, take a photo of your lashes/brows along with an image of the used product (camera roll dated proof).
3. Email our customer experience team at info@easterncurlew.com.au or use the contact form at the bottom of the page, attaching the above-mentioned photos.
4. Your application will be processed within 5 days of submission.

Ensure your photos have valid date and time stamps (must be camera roll screenshots). Both before and after images should be free from any makeup or mascara for an accurate assessment of your progress. Money-back guarantee requests must be made within 4 months of receiving your product. Applications not meeting this criteria won't be approved for a refund.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject a refund request if the supporting evidence provided is unsatisfactory.
