Start by checking your preferred artist's calendar availability. Once a time is confirmed, an $80 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note, availability is subject to the artist's schedule, and some may be booked months in advance. After payment, you'll receive your artist's contact details, and they'll reach out to confirm your specific requirements, event type, and preferred location.

2. Parking Arrangements
Parking fees for the artist are not included in the service price, so please ensure parking is arranged and covered. For example, your artist may provide a parking ticket for you to validate or pay directly.

3. Per Person Pricing
Our services are charged on a per-person basis. When booking, please adjust the quantity to accurately reflect the number of individuals requiring hair and makeup services.

4. Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule your appointment, please contact us via email or message. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, though additional fees may apply.
- Last-minute rescheduling where the artist is unavailable will result in a refund of 25-50% of the total amount.
- Please note, the $80 deposit is non-refundable.
- If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, you may receive a full refund minus the deposit fee.
- Once booked, you can adjust the date and time based on your artist's availability.
