At Eastern Curlew, we are committed to providing you with efficient and eco-friendly shipping services. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

Order Processing and Shipping Timeline

• All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours unless the items are on backorder.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email within 24 hours, unless there are unforeseen issues.
• Customers can track their orders using the tracking code provided.

Shipping within Australia

• All orders are dispatched from our environmentally conscious manufacturing facility in NSW, Australia. To support our commitment to the environment, we utilise recycled wrapping materials for packaging.
• We make every effort to ship all orders on the next business day. In cases of low stock, higher order volumes, slight shipment delays may occur.
• Orders are shipped exclusively on business days, which are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Express Shipping

• Some items, such as those containing flammable liquids (Dangerous Goods), are not eligible for Express Post due to safety regulations. These items are clearly marked on their product pages, and Express Post will not be displayed as a shipping option for them.
• For eligible items, Express Post guarantees next-day delivery from the date of shipment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for Express Post delivery.
  

Shipping Responsibility

• Once your order is handed over to Australia Post or another postal vendor, the delivery timeline is determined by the shipping provider’s policies.
• Eastern Curlew is not a shipping company and, therefore, has limited control over the delivery process. Please refer to the shipping provider's website for their specific timelines.

Shipping Costs

• We use Australia Post for shipping and calculate the shipping cost based on the size and weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page once all items are in your shopping cart.
• If you require urgent delivery, we offer Express Post for an additional fee. This cost will be calculated for you during the checkout process.
  
• Free shipping eligibility is determined by the current promotions displayed on our website. Please check the website for the latest offers and conditions.
