Once your parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed to Australia Post, we unfortunately have limited control over the delivery process. As this is an international shipment to Singapore, it may experience delays due to customs processing. We’re confident you’ll enjoy the product once it arrives. We sincerely apologise for the delay.
